🎉 Williams PTO Online Auction & 4th Annual Gala! 🎉
Get ready for the Williams PTO's biggest fundraiser of the year! Our Online Auction runs November 20 – December 4, featuring an exciting selection of items, experiences, and opportunities to bid while supporting our school!
The celebration culminates with our 4th Annual Williams PTO Gala on Saturday, December 5, from 7–10 PM, at the Arnow Campus Center at Lasell University (13 Woodland Road).
Join us for a fun-filled evening featuring delicious food, drinks, an exciting live auction, and a chance to connect with fellow Williams parents, guardians, and community members!
Every dollar raised goes directly back to supporting our students, teachers, school, and community—funding enrichment programs, classroom resources, special events, and so much more.
Three ways to get involved:
🎁 Donate an auction item or experience. You don't need to own a business! Game or concert tickets, a weekend at your vacation home, a homemade dinner, a photography session, a themed gift basket, gift cards you won't use—no donation is too small. Submit an item here. 🥂 Host a parent party or community experience. You plan the gathering, we sell a limited number of tickets through the auction, and all proceeds benefit the PTO. A backyard cocktail party for 20 at $50 a ticket raises $1,000 for Williams. Team up with friends—events can happen anytime during the school year.
🌟 Become a corporate sponsor. New this year! Three levels: $250 Community Supporter (two gala tickets, logo on our step-and-repeat backdrop, recognition in gala materials), $500 Community Partner (adds a month in the newsletter and on our website), and $750 Community Champion (three months of both, plus special recognition at the Gala).
Questions, event hosting, and sponsorships: abby@williamspto.org or jim@williamspto.org. Full details on all three ways to help. (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1q5h1rfeXn7J5yxItyY0CmkSL9iWfNQ3pxUvmLM3P7R8/edit)
Bid, celebrate, connect, and give back! Together, we can make a big difference for our Williams community!
Please note: The Gala is a 21+ event.
