We are always looking for parents to help us throughout the school year. Whether you want to volunteer for a single event or volunteer for a committee you can do that HERE.

Remember, there is no PTO without our parent volunteers. The more volunteers the more successful the year will be!

Every year the Williams PTO spends approximately $250 per student on the various programs the PTO sponsors in and out of school. In order to achieve all our goals for our school and our children we must raise upwards of $40,000 each year.

While every Williams parent/guardian is automatically a member of the Williams PTO, we ask that each Williams family pay annual dues in order to keep these programs alive and raise the bar in our community and social gatherings. Our goal this year is 100% family participation. While our suggested payment is $250 per child, please contribute what you can.

The PTO will use dues to fund many of our core activities throughout the year! For example:

Classroom Supplies
Field Trips
Creative Arts & Sciences Educational Enrichment Program
Staff Instructional Mini-Grants
Technology & Equipment
Multicultural Night
Staff Appreciation Week
School Grounds Beautification
Community Outreach
Back to School & Ice Cream Social

Parents Trivia Night, Sept 9th

The only place to get Williams swag for the new school year, come get a team and join us for some back to school fun!

Back to School Social, Sunday, Sept 14th

Please join us Sunday, September 14th from 3-5pm for the Back to School Social! DJ Mike will be providing the fun and Poof Cotton Candy will treating the Williams kids to sweet treats!

Williams Picture Day is Monday, Sept. 15!

How to Order Your Photo Package

You will receive a paper order form in your student's backpack in the next few days. You may complete those order forms and send them back in with your child with cash, check, or money order in an attached envelope to be collected on Picture Day.

OR you can order your pictures online:

* go to www.coffeepond.com

* click on "Order School Portraits"

* find our school - *city is listed as Auburndale, MA*

* choose your photo package and/or other items

* orders placed AFTER picture day are subject to a $7 handling fee

***School Pictures are a fundraiser for the PTO, and a portion of the proceeds go directly back to support the Williams School and teachers.

Please take that into consideration when you are deciding if you want to purchase your School Pictures***

Please email Julie Gold (School Psychologist) or Molly Quinn (School Social Worker) BY WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th, if you would like to purchase photos but financially cannot at this moment - there are options for scholarship packages.

Picture Day Volunteers

We need day-of volunteers to help out (mainly with crowd control).

Please email Sarah Cheslock at sarahcheslock@gmail.com, if you have availability during school hours on Monday, September 15. We will have two shifts: 8:30-10:30am and 10:30am-12:30pm.

Williams PTO Movie Night, Sept 26, 2025

Join us Friday, September 26th at 6:30pm for Movie Night! Students will be voting for the movie. Their selection will be announced on the 25th.

Snacks and treats will be available to purchase. Please make sure to bring your own blanket/s and chair/s.
