Welcome Back, Williams!

I hope everyone had a great summer and is ready for another school year.

I know you all deeply missed my very exciting weekly emails, so good news—they’re back, lol.

A few important dates to have on your radar:

Classroom assignments will be available in ASPEN on August 25 at 1:00 p.m., and the Classroom Sneak Peek will take place on September 1 from 2:00–2:30 p.m.

Later that afternoon, the PTO will host Chalk the Walk at 3:30 p.m., with free ice cream for every student!

Our Back-to-School Social is Saturday, September 19—see the Upcoming Events section below for all the details.

This is always one of the busiest and most exciting times of year, so make sure to read the full newsletter, check the upcoming events and important dates, and mark your calendars before September somehow gets away from all of us.

📸 School Picture Day Coordinator
School Picture Day is September 15! The coordinator works with the photographer and school staff, helps keep students organized during photo sessions, and recruits a small team of parent volunteers for the day. It's a great way to support the school through a fun, well-loved event.

Chalk the Walk: Sept 1st

Join the Williams PTO on Tuesday, September 1, from 3:30–5:30 p.m. on the Williams Elementary blacktop! Help us welcome students back by covering the blacktop with colorful chalk drawings and messages before the first day of school. Free ice cream for every student!

Back to School Social: Sept 19th

Celebrate the start of a new school year with the Williams community on Saturday, September 19, from 3–5 p.m. Enjoy music from a DJ, a bounce castle, crafts, ice cream, and plenty of fun on the Williams Elementary field.

The event will move to the gym if it rains.
