Seeing "verify your family" when trying to sign in to the PTO website? Here's what to do

Hi Williams Families,

We heard that some folks were having trouble voting for the movie. Apologies for the difficulty! We discovered this happens when a parent signs in to the website with an email we don't have on file.

Each family has at least one email on file, but ones that aren't already in our system will need a quick verification before they can vote for the movie, buy tickets for events, view the directory, or pay dues. This is to protect the privacy of the Williams family community.

If you see a "verify your family" notice at the top of the website, you have a couple ways to clear it:

- Fastest: ask someone in your verified household to join. You are attached right away and instantly verified when they approve.

- Option 2: tell us about your household in the app. The PTO checks it against school records, and verifies your account within a day.
