Williams Weekly #8 · Tuesday, October 13, 2026
Hi Williams Families,
Hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend! There’s lots happening at Williams, so grab your calendars—we’re jumping right back in!
Trunk or Treat needs 12–18 more trunks! Hand out candy or treats, host an activity, or get creative with your own idea—we’d love to have you join the fun.
Fall Sports Clinic tickets are now on sale, with basketball and multi-sports options running Tuesdays, November 10–December 15, from 6:30–7:30 p.m. ($200 for all six sessions).
And don’t forget Fall Clean-Up this Sunday, 10 a.m.–noon! We need volunteers and donations to help give our school grounds a little love.
All the details are below!

Grab your gloves and join us this Sunday from 10 a.m.–noon to give the Williams grounds a fall refresh! We’ll be raking, sprucing up garden beds, and planting fall flowers. No gardening experience needed, and kids are encouraged to help—permission to get dirty is usually an easy sell!
Come for an hour or stay the whole morning. Bring a rake or shovel if you have one; we’ll have tools, snacks, and good company to share. Volunteers and donations are still needed, and every helping hand makes a difference!
Grab your gloves and join us for a morning of digging, raking, and planting as the Auburndale community comes together to make the Williams Elementary grounds shine.
Save the date for Williams Moms’ Night Out! Join us for a chance to catch up with friends, meet other Williams moms, and finish a conversation without being interrupted!
Calling all volunteers to host their trunks for the first annual Trunk or Treat!!! We’d love to get 30 trunks filling up the Williams Elementary parking lot for all our families and friends to visit!

Ski season is coming—whether we’re ready or not! Boston Ski & Tennis donates $3 to the Williams PTO for every ski or snowboard lease by a Williams family. Children’s ski or snowboard packages are $99 used or $169 new.
Book your lease appointment here, and be sure to indicate Williams on the form so our PTO gets credit!
Work Out for Williams!
Through October 15, Cardio High is donating $4 per visit, plus $30 for each new client, toward a one-time PTO donation. Williams is competing against Burr Elementary, and the winning school earns a bonus donation equal to 25% of the total raised. A little friendly competition never hurt—though the workout might!
