Williams Weekly #9 · Monday, October 19, 2026

Hi Williams families!
If your calendar looks anything like mine, October is getting a little ridiculous. We have another busy week ahead, so here are a few things to keep on your radar!
Trunk or Treat is this Saturday, and we still need 10 more volunteers! If you can lend a hand, please sign up so we can get those remaining spots filled and give the kids a great afternoon of Halloween fun. These events take a lot of parent help, and we really appreciate everyone who pitches in.
Before the kids get their candy, the moms get a night out! Moms Night is this Thursday, and a chance to finish a conversation without someone yelling “Mom!” sounds pretty good right about now. We’re also looking for book fair volunteers, so please consider signing up, and be sure to check out the fall sports clinic.
And a quick quarterly PTO dues reminder: we’re currently at 25% participation, and we’d love your help reaching our goal of 80%. Any amount helps, and you can pay in monthly installments. Dues are essential to providing the programs and experiences that enrich our children’s learning, so if you haven’t contributed yet, please consider giving what works for your family.
Thank you for making time for Williams. I know everyone has a lot on their plate, and your support means a lot!

🎃 Trunk or Treat!
Get those costumes ready! Trunk or Treat is this Saturday, and we’re looking forward to some Halloween fun with our Williams families. Consider it a practice round for the kids and their candy negotiations with you next week.
We still need 10 more volunteers! If you can lend a hand, please sign up and help us get those remaining spots filled. These events happen because families pitch in, and we’d love your help making it a great one for the kids!
Save the date for Williams Moms’ Night Out! Join us for a chance to catch up with friends, meet other Williams moms, and finish a conversation without being interrupted!
Calling all volunteers to host their trunks for the first annual Trunk or Treat!!! We’d love to get 30 trunks filling up the Williams Elementary parking lot for all our families and friends to visit!
